Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Babes in Arms. We feel confident that we offer baby carriers and accessories that are of the highest quality and comfort, and we hope you feel the same way. We also realise there is a learning curve to using any new product, and if you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction please contact us prior to returning your carrier; we can often offer a solution that will
help.
However, if you are still not completely satisfied with any of our products,please return them within 14 days in like new condition and we will be happy to honour an exchange or refund, excluding shipping. To receive a full refund returns need to be in resaleable condition, unused and unwashed and in original packaging.
Partial refunds on all other returns will be at the discretion of 'Babes in Arms'.
If you have an item that is in other than new condition please contact 'Babes in Arms' prior to returning the goods.
We recommend that all returns are sent via a traceable form of postage or shipping.
Flawed items will be credited at 100% of the
purchase price.

Rest assured that all dealings with 'Babes in Arms' are confidential and that your details will not be exchanged with any third parties. We may contact you from time to time by email, but if you would prefer that we didn't please specify this on your order form or when you call us.
